Larry graduated from Texas A&M University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree. Larry spent the next 40 years as a project manager, director of construction, director of development and vice president for firms in the design and build industry. Larry formed Matrix Contractors in 2008 with his wife Carol and under their direction the company has grown to be a highly regarded general contractor in the restaurant and airport retail / food and beverage industry.

Carol has several years of experience as an office manager for a construction company as well as an architecture firm. She also served as the building manager for a 40,000 square foot office building. Carol, along with her husband Larry, started Matrix Contractors in June 2008. They have worked together to build Matrix into the company it is today.

Justin graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He has a highly diverse business background which includes sales, management, marketing and accounting. Justin joined Matrix in January of 2012 and is currently the head of business operations.

Nelson graduated from Texas A&M University in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering. He spent the next 40 years in the construction and energy industries. He previously held the position of Field Engineer for GE as well as Senior Nuclear Project Management Specialist for Duke Energy. Nelson joined Matrix Contractors in 2013 as a Senior Project Manager.

Ryan is a 2011 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Bioenvironmental Sciences. He has been a project manager and estimator since joining the Matrix team in 2012.
